Emailed Shipping Notification - On the day your order is shipped, we will email you a notice informing you that your order has been shipped. This email will give you all current shipping information, including any applicable tracking numbers. The tracking number information is normally active on the UPS and USPS web sites 24 hours after you receive your status update notification from us. 



Shipping Times - Shipping time calculations start from the day your order leaves our facility, not from the day your order is placed. The amount of time it takes your order to leave our facility is based on the time it takes to complete your order. Once your order leaves our facility, standard shipping times will apply, depending on the shipping method used, your location and the volume being handled by the shipper at that time. Most normally, standard shipping times take from three to five business days within the USA, unless you choose an expedited shipping method. Shipping times during the holiday seasons may take considerably longer than three to five business days, so please plan your purchases accordingly. 



UPS/USPS Signature Requirements - We reserve the right to require a signature at the time of delivery on any shipment. Requesting a signature release does not guarantee you that a signature will not be required for the delivery of your order. Please Note: UPS drivers also have the right to request a signature on any package they are responsible for delivering. So even if WE don't require a signature for delivery, UPS may still do so. 


Shipment Labeling - Because we respect your need for privacy, the return address label on your package will not show Crones In The Woods anywhere on exterior of the package. If it is a dropship order it will show only your information on the return address label. 

 


How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are based upon the weight of your order and the destination for your order. The heavier your order and the further away from Louisiana we have to ship it, the more shipping will cost. Please note that all items are shipped by weight and the cart is set up to process your order in this manner. Shipping charges are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information so you will know exactly how much your order will cost before you finalize it. Simply add items to your shopping cart, enter your destination state and zip code on the shopping cart page and you'll be shown the shipping costs available to choose from based on the items currently displayed in your cart. 


Returns: All sales are final except if the items you received are not the items you ordered or are defective. You MUST contact us BEFORE you send the item back for approval or your item will be refused. Please contact us within 3 days from designated delivery date for a request to return. Returns are usually honored thru credit to your account or replacement. If a refund is requested, Paypal fees will apply and shipping costs will NOT be refunded. Returns will NOT be accepted on herbs, oils, incense, and spell kits. For your protection, at buyer’s expense, all authorized returns MUST be sent with a carrier that provides delivery confirmation / tracking and insurance. We will not be responsible for any merchandise lost during transit to us. Please include a Copy of your Original Invoice. Original and your return shipping charges are never refundable. Restocking fee will ALWAYS be applied if buyer just has a case of "buyer's remorse". If you have any questions, or need any assistance, please let us know!



LARGE ORDERS: Please understand that if you order a large amount of X item, it takes time to make them. Example being candles: If you order several hundred dollars worth of candles, please expect a delay in shipping as it takes time to create your items. Please let us know if you need your items by a certain date.
